Currently, at UNCC Condos, we have four properties with units ranging from one to four bedrooms. Typically we rent out the units on a per room unit, meaning you will have up to four roommates in your unit. Each room can also vary in price depending on the size of the room and whether it has a built-in en suite bathroom.
